1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 99kopitiam platform, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use this platform.

These terms apply to all 99kopitiam platform users, including visitors, registered users, and active account holders. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The 99kopitiam platform is intended for individuals who are 18 years and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from using this platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. 99kopitiam reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including copies of valid identification documents.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity carried out under your account is your responsibility. Contact our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the 99kopitiam platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform.
Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or attempts to exploit the platform's systems.
Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to access your account.
Submitting false or misleading information during registration or transactions.
Engaging in any activity that could compromise the security or integrity of the platform.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the 99kopitiam platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and up to date.

Successful deposits that have been credited cannot be reversed once processed. Fund withdrawals are subject to identity verification, which may be required upon first withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the payment method used.

99kopitiam reserves the right to hold or suspend transactions suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or breaches of the terms of use. In such cases, we will notify the user and request further clarification.

5. Account Suspension and Closure Policy

99kopitiam reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for reasons including but not limited to:

Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
Suspected fraud, identity theft, or illegal activity.
Attempting to exploit system errors or platform vulnerabilities.
Using the platform for purposes that are contrary to Malaysian law.
Failure to complete identity verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.

In the event of account closure due to a violation, any remaining funds may be withheld pending investigation. Users who believe their account was closed unfairly may submit an appeal through our support channels.

6. Liability Limits & Intellectual Property

The 99kopitiam platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any loss of funds arising from users' betting decisions, internet connection disruptions, or device failures.

99kopitiam's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user into their account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

All content on the 99kopitiam platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the property of 99kopitiam and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reuse, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

The 99kopitiam platform may contain links or references to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services.

99kopitiam reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website. We encourage users to review this page periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the 99kopitiam platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
